The tyre exchange … this is how easy it is!

• Simple order for collection and delivery
You can order simply and quickly via our “Caruso” online system. (Alternatively by fax or e mail.) Collection of summer tyres, delivery of winter tyres or vice versa, request for tyre transport vehicle for additional requirements.

• State-of-the-art registration
The wheel sets are ready registered via data PDA at the car dealership in order to pass them on quickly and safely to the tyre centre.

• Collection twice per day
During the high season, usually April/May and October/November, the wheel sets are collected from the customer in the mornings and afternoons. The employee checks the wheel rims for signs of damage and collects vehicle data (e.g. registration number or vehicle ID number) via a PDA. The car dealership receives a collection protocol after the tyre collection service is completed.

• Customised services
We also offer additional customised services to meet individual requirements: tyre tread checking and wheel rim cleaning.
